Our goal is to prepare young Ghanaian girls to take part in the evolution of their country and rapidly growing economy and to become global citizens. We aim to guide them with skills, resources, and creative thinking tactics that will prepare them for the abundance of opportunities that the country has to offer. In all cases, we believe that people that are native to the land should be able to control their own narratives while being an active part of its progress.

Mentee Appreciation Day! Jan 16, 2023
For our 3rd annual Mentee Appreciation Day we introduced our new cohort of girls to the program and gifted all bags full of beauty & hygiene products. We also provided our senior girls with books and school supplies. Our partner Emerging Ladies Academy gifted us 10 laptops and a drone while our friends at the Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival gifted 2 VR headsets! Then we had an amazing festive party 🎉 and held a motivational workshop with the girls. It was a day to remember!
