Digital Mentorship Program
My Girl Pride group in community center computer lab
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The Digital Mentorship program is an online global community devoted to connecting, educating, and empowering girls by helping them build the confidence and skills to acquire dynamic careers and be leaders of tomorrow. While creating a safe space for vulnerability and authenticity, we partner with inspirational mentors and teachers connecting them to our girls on and offline. We match each girl with skilled professionals and sincere advisors for one on one sessions to fulfill the 3 Cs of mentorship: Consultant, Counselor, and Cheerleader! We hope to instill life skills, professional skills, self-value, self-worth, and to help the girls realize that they are capable of fulfilling their wildest dreams!!!
SHE CODE by ELA
The Emerging Ladies Academy provides tech education and a safe place for girls to develop a bright future as skilled workers and leaders in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Young ladies will be taught programming, software development, and app-building skills with live experience workshops, classes, and educational outings. Specializing in leadership and career readiness, girls who participate in our SHE CODE program are not just poised to be skilled workers, they are trained to be the leaders of tomorrow. We pride ourselves on helping students be prepared, confident, and excited to pursue bright careers in tech. Every girl is an investment in not only the future of tech but in the future of our world.

Sister Sessions
Founder Kindra Parker with My Girl Pride group workshop
Our Sister Sessions program is comprised of onsite curated workshops that are designed to be educational and engaging. With the right balance of direct presentation and audience participation, workshops are activity driven and participants can exercise tangible tools and strategies in order to deepen their learning and take positive action. We begin by presenting a selection of multimedia stimulus materials such as visual stories, short films, dramatic role-play, thought experiments, inventions, drawings, games and vision boards. These diverse “idea catalysts” provoke thinking, elicit creative responses and generate rich discussions among the girls. Our goal with each session is to leave the girls with the ability to discover their truest selves and develop the skills, knowledge, confidence and courage they need to consistently make informed life-choices from a place of self-knowledge, self-love and strength.
Youth Entrepreneurship Program
Youth entrepreneurship skills give young people the opportunity to be in control of their own destinies. The MentorHer Ghana Youth Entrepreneurship Program will teach our girls theoretical and practical business skills, and how to develop marketing strategies. A 3-month training program will result in a final pitch competition. The winner of the competition will be granted seed funding, resources, and 1-year business mentorship to support the launch of their winning start-up.
